SPORTS HALL CLIENT POLICIES

CLIENT POLICIES

The aims of these policies are put into place for your health and safety as well as preventing any damage to our facilities.

SPORTSHALL USAGE POLICY
1. All clients are to leave the sports hall promptly after their session has ended
2. All clients are required to have their receipt confirmation ready in case if needed for viewing by staff.
3. All clients are to ensure Rubbish is placed in the bin and not left on the pitch or the hallway.
4. All clients are to ensure no metal studs are used, rubber studs are allowed.
If any of these requirements are not met, the client will be asked to leave the site or sanctioned.

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. 72 hours cooling period for mistake refunds to be refunded, anything later will result in partial or no refund at all.
2. Refund for cancellations will take 5-10 days to be received by the client.
The Muath Trust always reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where it deems it is in its own interest to do so.

CAR PARK USAGE POLICY
1. Main gates will be closed after 10 pm, any sports hall booking after 10 pm are required to park outside of the Muath trust compound.
2. All clients expected to park appropriately, ZERO tolerance for cars left in the car park overnight.
3. Please leave cars handbrake up to avoid any collisions.

OFFER POLICY
1. Block bookings are available via the website, we offer £5 off per slot if five sessions or more are booked.
2. If you are able to book 9 sessions within a block booking, the 10th booking will be free.

VALUABLES AND GOODS POLICY
1. The Muath trust is not responsible for any good or belongings left at the sports hall
2. Any good or belongings which are collected by Muath trust staff will be left at the reception lost property desk for a maximum of 1 week before being disposed of.
3. Please ensure belongings are stored in the cabinets provided within the sports hall.

INCIDENT/EMERGENCY POLICY
1. Incase of an injury or an incident please inform reception and seek first aid help if Needed
2. In case of an emergency please call 999 and inform reception of the emergency
3. In case of a serious health incident please attend the reception for provision and assistance with the IED found at the reception and call emergency services as soon as possible.
4. Please ensure emergency exit door is closed at all times, only to be open in case of an emergency or fire emergency.
