Fees and Payment Board
On acceptance of a place in the nursery, a £30.00 enrolment fee is required. This fee is nonrefundable and only applies to private paying children.
FEES AGREEMENT AND ENROLMENT FEE On acceptance of a place in the nursery, if your child is only doing free sessions which are funded by Birmingham City Council there is no enrolment charge. If you are a private fee paying client then the £30.00 Enrolment Fee is charged. This fee is non-refundable. FEE CHARGES
- The nursery charges a fee of £28.00 for half-day or £50.00 for the full-day for fee paying parents
- A minimum of two sessions needs to be booked
- The fees exclude nursery fund
- Invoices will be issued on the 1st of the month (or nearest date) for any sessions booked. Fees must be paid by 15th each month.
- If fees are one month overdue then your child will automatically lose his/her place in the nursery
- If parents withdraw their child in the middle of the month. The fee still needs to be paid as the space cannot be given to another child. Fees paid are non-refundable.
- We also have a charge of £6.50 per extended hour.
- Late payment of fees will incur an additional charge of £5.00
- If you book extra hours per week you need to give at least one week’s notice to cancel or you still be charged for those days.
- The fees still apply if the child is sick or goes on holiday.
- If you take your child out of the setting 1 months notice will be required. All 3 & 4 year olds can attend a maximum of 15 or 30 hours a week free under the nursery education grant for 38 weeks a year. Depending on availability of spaces in nursery. NURSERY FUND & LUNCH

- The nursery collects £60.00 per year or £20.00 per term for fruits and juice, biscuits & milk, presents for good behavior & resources. If you do free nursery education sessions then this is an optional payment.
- If you choose not to pay nursery fund then you will be asked to provide healthy snacks for your children.
- This is only refundable if your child attends the nursery for LESS than 8 weeks. If your child misses 5 sessions without the parents informing us then their place becomes forfeited and we will seek to recover any fees that are outstanding.
The nursery collects the fund in two ways –
£82.50 per year or
£27.50 per term
This charge is for fruits and juice, biscuits and milk, gifts for the children’s behaviour box and resources. This is only refundable if your child attends nursery for less than 8 weeks.
All the fees above exclude nursery fund.
Late payment of fees will incur a £5.00 charge.
LATE PICK-UP CHARGE – The nursery will charge a late pick up fee if you pick up your child late. This will be ₤1.00 for every 1 minute after the first 5 minutes. Nappies and wipes: There will be a charge of £2.00 per 5 nappies and £1.50 per packet of wipes if children run out while attending the setting.
All 3 and 4 year olds can attend a maximum of 5 free sessions under the free nursery education grant for 38 weeks of the year only. This will depend on availability of spaces in the nursery.
