Palliative Care

Trust Quality Care provides palliative care services for people with serious or terminal illnesses. The support focuses on providing relief from the symptoms, pain and stress of a serious illness. The goal is to improve the quality of life for both the service user and their families.

We provide specialist support for day-to-day needs to enable people to stay in their home. Surrounded by memories and the people they love. We would provide one-to-one support of a compassionate carer, who will be experienced in palliative care. Whether you are looking for a full-time live-in carer or a day/night carer for those times when you need some extra help, we provide a full range of care services for palliative care.

Palliative care services at home include but are not limited to:

* Personal care, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting

* Preparing meals and washing up afterwards

* Continence care

* Medication support, including prompts or administering medication, even the more complex prescription

* Household chores, such as laundry, vacuuming and dusting

* Running errands outside the house

* Support with pain management

* Companionship and supporting your independent living at home
