We deliver personal care services 24 hours a day 7 days a week and employ qualified trained carers who ensure that your needs are met based on your language, faith and culture.

We strongly believe that each service user is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. Our home care packages are built around you to support you to maintain your chosen lifestyle in your home environment. You are in control of the home care service and support you want, where and when you want it. We cater to clients funded by Birmingham City Council, NHS and those who are privately funded.

Trust Quality Care is registered and regulated by Care Quality Commission and is rated as ‘Good’ in all areas in its latest inspection.

Trust Quality Care runs Rosemary Lodge Rest Home, a 29-bed residential care home based in Kings Heath, Birmingham delivering a high standard of personal care to older adults.

Rosemary Lodge offers its residents a welcoming, secure, relaxed, and homely environment in which their care, well-being and comfort are all of prime importance. Our care team are expertly trained and are experienced in providing all aspects of personal care in a way that is discreet, sensitive and respectful of our resident’s personal preferences which ultimately encourages their independence.

We aim to provide a flexible care service, responsive to each individual need, and so in addition to long-term residential care we also offer respite and short stay care subject to availability. We welcome residents funded by Birmingham City Council, NHS and those who are privately funded.
